The Royal Irish Regiment (27th (Inniskilling), 83rd, 87th and The Ulster Defence Regiment) (R IRISH) is a light infantry regiment of the British Army. The regiment was founded in 1992 through the amalgamation of the Royal Irish Rangers and the Ulster Defence Regiment.

Gala Concert
The Band, Bugles, Pipes & Drums of The Royal Irish Regiment will perform a concert supporting UNTOLD Stories of the Irish in the British Army and LCCC’s Mayoral Charity, Action Cancer.
Location – Lagan Valley Centre. Booking essential.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, the Regimental Band will be unable to supply the full Silver Band for our concert on Friday, 01 May.
